Cancellation Policy

Any requested cancellations must be in writing by facsimile to +1-604-279-2460 or email to summit@chc.ca.  No verbal cancellations will be accepted.  

Before January 25, 2011 Summit participants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee, less a processing fee of $125.  

From January 25, 2011 to February 22, 2011, Summit participants will receive a 50% refund, less a processing fee of $125.  

As of February 22, 2011 only substitutions will be granted (meaning that the original attendee may send a colleague in their place).  

This must be requested in writing by facsimile to +1-604-279-2460 or email to summit@chc.ca.  

No refunds will be given after February 22, 2011.
